I looked for a 4GB flash drive today and saw 2 different kinds at Best Buy...one for $30, and yet another for around $68. The cheaper one was the "Geek Squad" version which looked as if no one had bought. There were only 2 of the $68 dollar flash drives remaining. The only difference I saw was some anti-virus protection offered on the more expensive one. I have an IMAC, so I'm not sure I'd need the extra stuff offered with the $68 flash drive. Any suggestions and/or advice here?

Chris - If you need to buy any software Journey Ed will usually throw in a 1-2 GB Flash drive for FREE.

Go with the cheaper one. Why not? Maybe it was that they sell so much of the cheaper one that they keep it in stock.

Most computers will scan removable media upon insertion or, at the very least, scan a file from removable media when the file is opened.

I would just go with the cheaper one. But definitely get a 4 GB. The first flash drive I bought was only a 2 GB and I filled it up really quickly.

Go cheaper, go 4GB - you'll need it!
